Email us from the address on your account
Send a deletion request from the same email address you used to sign up (or the Google account you used to sign in), so we can confirm it's really you.

Tell us it's a deletion request
A short message is enough — for example: "Please delete my SnapSolve AI account and all associated data." Include the email address your account is registered under if it's different from your sending address.

We confirm once it's done
We'll reply to confirm your account and data have been deleted. This is currently handled manually, so please allow a few days.
Typical turnaround: within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile and sign-in credentials
- Your scan history and uploaded homework photos
- Your daily scan quota and usage records
What may be kept
- Records we're required to retain for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, for a limited additional period
